As a Nashville producer, Grady has carved out a signature sound influenced by industry legends like Jay Joyce, Joey Moi, and Dan Huff. But producing is just the tip of the iceberg—he’s also a skilled guitarist, drummer, banjo player, songwriter, engineer, mixer, and mastering engineer. Grady honed his craft at The Musicians Institute in LA, earning a degree in guitar performance at the top of his class. Shortly after, he made the leap to Music City, bringing his multi-faceted talents to the heart of the industry. The moment he set foot in Nashville, he hit the ground running—quickly making a name for himself as a Nashville musician, songwriter, session player, and producer. Word spread fast, and as soon as Grady opened Studio45b, the phone started ringing off the hook.

It wasn’t long before he found himself in the right writing circles, where he connected with Gyth Rigdon (Season 16 runner-up on NBC’s The Voice). Their collaboration led to Grady producing Rigdon’s first full-length album. Their song “Proof I’ve Always Loved You” was performed on The Voice season finale, skyrocketing onto six Billboard charts and landing at the top of the country charts—securing Grady his first #1 hit. That same year, Grady was nominated for Best Male Vocalist of the Year and Best New Country Band of the Year at the Coachella Valley Music Awards—and to no one’s surprise, he walked away with both awards.

Since then, Grady has continued producing and releasing his own music while working with clients like rock band Clear the Benches, Alabama country artist Caleb Mills, California country rock artist Sheyna Gee, and Canadian country artist Danielle Todd. When he’s not in the studio, he’s on the road performing—either fronting his own band or playing guitar for country A-listers like Chris Bandi, Clare Dunn, and Brandon Lay. His productions have racked up millions of streams, solidifying his reputation as a top-tier Nashville producer.

In 2021, Grady took Studio45b to the next level, building a state-of-the-art Nashville recording studio from the ground up on his property. Officially reopening in 2022, the studio now features top-of-the-line audio technology, an unbeatable creative atmosphere, and kickass production (if we do say so ourselves).
